Refund policy

We accept returns on full price items received 30 days from the original ship date.

Final sale items include: Any item that is discounted and any item that is purchased during a sale.

Return requests after 30 days from the original ship date/ damaged or altered bags, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return and will be refused.

**Please be aware that Sale items are not eligible for refunds, even if you ship the item back to us**

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Melie Bianco reserves the right to review returned product and determine whether it was a factory defect or “wear and tear” impairment.

Any items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at sender’s expense.

Melie Bianco will not accept returns from 3rd party vendors. Please contact the business where you have purchased our product regarding their return policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
