What are Melie Bianco handbags made of?

Our vegan leather handbags are made of high-quality Polyurethane (PU), which is free of Lead, Carcinogenic Dyes, AZO Dyes, and other heavy metals. Our hardware is non-toxic and our lining is made of eco materials.

What is your Recycled Vegan Leather Collection?

Our recycled vegan leather collection is made of 40% post-consumer recycled polyester, 18% recycled PU, Polyurethane, and 10% wood fiber. Our lining is EOKO-Tech Certified.

How can I learn about sales and promotions?

When can I expect a response from Customer Care?

Our Customer Care team is available Monday - Friday 10AM to 3PM PST, excluding holidays via email at info@meliebianco.com. Inquiries received outside of business hours will be answered the following business day. We aim to answer inquiries within 1-2 business days, however, delays may occur during sales and holidays.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All items must be returned within 30 days of the order date in original bag with all labels and tags attached.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we accept exchanges for purchases that follow return policy guidelines -- which is within the 30 day window as well as in original packaging and tags attached.

For exchanges, please note that your exchange will not be processed or shipped until the original item ordered is received in our warehouse.

Do you pay for return shipping lables?

If your order is eligible for a return you are responsible for paying for return shipping to the address provided to you via email.

Cost of return label will be calculated at the time of return through our return portal.

When can I expect my return refund?

You can expect a refund for your returned item between 3 - 10 business days.

Refunds will only be issued back to its original form of payment.

Do you take 3rd party vendor returns?

Melie Bianco will not accept returns and will not issue replacements from 3rd party vendors. Please contact the business where you have purchased our product regarding their return policy.

Final sale pieces are not eligible for return as well as items received 30 days after the original order date, or damaged/altered bags

  • Melie Bianco reserves the right to review returned product requests and determine whether it was a factory defect or 'wear and tear' impairment.
  • Any items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at sender's expense.
  • Melie Bianco reserves the right to assess 15% re-stocking fee for item(s) that are not returned in original condition with tags attached and cover bag.

Order Information

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders places before 10AM PST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10AM will be processed the following business day. Please note that expedited orders must be received before 10AM Monday - Friday to be shipped the same day. Expedited orders received after 10AM during business hours or weekends will be processed the following business day.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order but we cannot guarantee cancellation.

I received my item damaged. Can I get a replacement?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@meliebianco.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged items outside of 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items or make changes to the shipping information. We can however try our best to cancel your order before shipment. You can then place a new order with the correct order/info.

Do you cover duties/taxes for international shipments?

Please note that customs and duty fees are not included in your order or shipping total.

All fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by the recipient.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on location shipping and delivery will vary.

Asia: Between 8 - 15 business days

Europe: Between 9 - 20 business days

Australia: Between 8 - 10 business days

Middle East: Between 10 - 16 business days

Handbag Care

How should I clean my handbag?

Start by brushing off dirt and dust on your handbag with a damp cloth or soft brush. Then we recommend using an all natural cleaner to help restore the original texture of the material. Apply your choice of cleaner as needed or when stains appear.

My bag arrived with creases, is it damaged?

For our vegan leather handbags variations in tone, marks or grain are natural features that should not be considered imperfections.

Due to being shipped in a compact box your bag make arrive with a small crease or change in shape. Applying heat or slowly massage the handbag to help relieve the creases and restore original shape.

How can I keep my handbag in pristine condition?

In order to keep you new handbag in it's best condition we advise storing you bag accordingly when not in use, keeping it out of light for long periods of time.

Clean the surface with appropriate cleaner as needed. As well as using a dust bag when not in use.

If your handbag has any straps make sure to store them inside the bag instead of hanging the bag to refrain from damage.

Do you offer repairs?

Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs upon any damage that may occur to your bag outside of the 30 day return window.
